Mentawai Surf Package collects only the information you choose to send us by WhatsApp or email, and uses it only to answer your trip enquiry. The site has no user accounts, no advertising trackers and no marketing cookies. This policy explains what we receive, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.
Information you send us
If you contact the planning desk on WhatsApp (+62 811-3941-4563) or by email (bd@juaraholding.com), we receive your name, contact details and whatever trip details you include, such as dates, group size and budget. We use this only to reply to you and, with your agreement, to pass your trip brief to operators you want quotes from. We do not sell your information.
You do not need to send anything to use the guide. The Mentawai surf package FAQ and the Mentawai surf holiday price guide answer most planning questions, and every price on this site is an indicative range researched from published operator information, not a quote.
Information collected when you browse
- Server and security logs: our host and our content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
- Web fonts: the site loads a typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- No analytics or advertising cookies: we do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels or cross-site tracking cookies.
WhatsApp and email providers
Messages sent by WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, and email is handled by our email provider. Links on this site to WhatsApp open a message to the planning desk with a pre-filled note that you can edit before sending.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to help with your trip and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing bd@juaraholding.com. When you book with an operator, that operator’s own privacy policy applies to the booking.
